NPCs and IM

NPCs - video game shorthand for "Non-Player Characters", those are the human-shaped characters used populate the worlds and try make the space more lived-in. Problem is, in most games, they're just set dressing and don't exactly come across as "human" or "alive" any more than the automated solicitor phonecalls that harass people on a daily basis.

's just one uncanny problem I've noticed. This kind of "NPC" with paper-thin personalities...that seems exist in REAL LIFE, as well! No joke. You've all seen ...the masses barely send a or two, blank profiles, and no I'm not talking about the accounts intended specifically act as spam. I mean how so many blank when thinking about themselves, like they don't have that much coded in. I'm just stupid or being too barbed as I normally am.

That said, if 's any "good news" through all the cookie-cutter peasants, 's that at least 's a bit more action when searching for people by "On IM". The "Instant Messaging" thing, digging through profiles - even if they're hundreds of miles away - at least garners some slightly more consistent responsiveness outcomes. That doesn't mean always ends nicely (particularly when people don't appreciate a fighter or "action hero" personality type), but at least it's more entertaining than skimming through the plethora of blank profiles or retching at all the people think 's artistic mutilate themselves or lather on grotesque paints and ink.

So, y'know, I don't blame you if you're not attracted my biting assessment (and biting fetish). All you need know is, I'm trying find a good match, even if nothing's come up so far.
