 Over the years my thoughts have been, perhaps thats the head they think with, Maybe its better looking than the top half, Could also be serving as a personality statement. So the answer is yes that is what many guys use as a profile picture. To be fair there are plenty of ladies using a boob or vag picture for their profile pictures. I have also seen profiles that state that if you do not have a dick picture then do not bother sending a message.

What amazes me is the woman and couples that complain about this. I certainly do not have any knocking down my door because of my profile picture.

 its a cray cray world we live in and it takes all kinds to help it spin on its axis. You have both given examples of some of those kinds....lol
