WIP make up post

Some people hit me up about tips, I dont think I am anyone to talk about it but since people asked I figure I would give as much info as I have on the matter and hope it helps.

Here is my regiment:

Shaving or Waxing:

shower and shave everything but my chest and face with soap and hot water
coconut oil at 72 or below works like vaseline and gives the arms and legs a good shine.

for face either use a heated towel before shaving or wax if you can stand the utter pain for the smoothest face. I only do the upper lip and goatie area but the first time is tear inducing. If you do the whole face it sucks for time but you get like 2 weeks of smooth baby skin, The wax I use after trying various ones and even just bleaching is called:
wax warmer hair removal kit
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074MR2BJZ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This helps the pain a bit and this wax is the least painless one I have tried:
https://www.amazon.com/Clean-Easy-Anesthetic-Solution-Ounce/dp/B007R58WI8/ref=lp_3022545011_1_16_a_it?srs=3022545011&ie=UTF8&qid=1519334719&sr=8-16

Face:

Most people know about the red or orange lipstick over the bearded areas but also use it under the eyes as well before you apply any foundation. here is an example:
feminizationsecrets has tons of tips, i cant link it here but it was helpful for me for many tips.

anything red but better if its matte, example:

https://www.amazon.com/Revlon-Matte-Lipstick-Really-Ounces/dp/B01AVF225Y/ref=sr_1_3_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481322653&sr=1-3&keywords=revlon%2Bred%2Blipstick&th=1

I cover up the orange concealer with Boiing concealer:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VDKZ55G/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

https://www.amazon.com/Benefit-Cosmetics-Boi-ing-Medium-0-1/dp/B0075JGGZW/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481322597&sr=1-1&keywords=boiing+concealer+03

I used number 2 but my gf uses number 3 and even though she is darker than I it works better for me.

For foundation I cover up my whole face with revlon air brush my color is this, use a sponge like 2nd or 6th to press into skin over and over:

sponge:

(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/ change the amazon to pinterest please

foundation:

Contouring:

Contouring is the way you can shape your face with shadows and bringing light to different areas. I use these three on and off, you can get any brand but just get a dark and a light one and some form a blush but here are mine:

https://www.amazon.com/ANASTASIA-Beverly-Hills-Contour-Light/dp/B014TX560W/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481322904&sr=1-1&keywords=anastasia+beverly+hills+contour+kit

https://www.amazon.com/LORAC-Contour-Palette-Plus-Brush/dp/B00ZZ8XNWE/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481322926&sr=1-1&keywords=lorac+contour+palette

https://www.amazon.com/Beauty-Treats-Matte-Blush-Palette/dp/B00GJ32YXI/ref=sr_1_sc_1_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481323018&sr=1-1-spell&keywords=beautytreats+matteblush+palette

If you have oily skin only use the latter two, if you dont, use the Anastasia one.
I use the darker tone around the chin and cheek, the yellow or white go under the eye, cheeks, nose, and forehead, I do the chin in an angle since my face is round but here is an example:
https://www.amazon.com/236x/4d/62/e0/4d62e05b29dc502781524fad12822408.jpg

https://www.amazon.com/pin/341358846734476315/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

the beautytreats one I use the dark brown for the chin and cheek line then red for the cheek line. If you note the nose part in the pic it is a way to thin the nose.

lorac tutorial, the shimmer is nice for the cheek, over brow, and cupids bow but bad elsewhere:
https://www.amazon.com/pin/341358846736671839/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

here is why you should try strobing:
https://www.amazon.com/pin/341358846734284617/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

anastatia tutorial, yellow on cheek, brown, on chin, outside of nose line, and around face, white on forehead, chin, and nose bridge:
https://www.amazon.com/pin/341358846736671795/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

Setting Powder:

I use dermablend, tarte or in a pinch ELF setting powder. Dermablend is superior but more expensive. ELF works for setting lipstick and concealer but it also cakes if used too much unlike the others which are finer grains.

https://www.amazon.com/Dermablend-Loose-Setting-Powder-Original/dp/B0002RI2PG/ref=sr_1_2_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481324680&sr=1-2&keywords=dermablend

Here is an example:

Lips:

I use a dark lip liner to trace my lip line all the way around my lips the fill in the sides of my mouth and make the line double in size. You can easily expand your lips by tracing the lip line even wider using this method, just make sure you use a dark one or it will just look like you smeared it:
https://www.amazon.com/pin/28710516349259510/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

base lipstick can be anything just blend it, I use these two as of late:
lipliner:
https://www.amazon.com/Jordana-Easyliner-Lips-Plush-Plum/dp/B005DFLFS8/ref=sr_1_3_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481325415&sr=1-3&keywords=jordana+easy+lip+plum

lipstick:
https://www.amazon.com/COVERGIRL-Colorlicious-Color-Lipstick-Coffee/dp/B00ON1HJDS/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481325468&sr=1-1&keywords=covergirl+coffee

Once applied I use a make up brush(like one you use for blush) and setting powder all over the lips to set it.

Eyebrows:

I cant trim mine the way I would like so I just pluck a few strays then use a brow pencil and brush to fill them in, I ten to go more dark which looks weird until I put a shit ton of make up on then it all fits. Here is an example:
https://www.amazon.com/pin/5136987053098307/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

I use this pomade as of late but their pencils are good as well, here is my two go to's:

https://www.amazon.com/Anastasia-Beverly-Hills-Dipbrow-Medium/dp/B0158WAR98/ref=sr_1_3_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1519335082&sr=1-3&keywords=anastasia+brow+pomade

https://www.amazon.com/ANASTASIA-Beverly-Hills-Taupe-0-085/dp/B00JDTJNXE

get any cheap kind as well in the same style. The pomade is a must though.

Eyes:

primer:
Use eye shadow primer, dont splurge the cheap is sometimes better in this case. I love this one way more than urban decay for example, you apply it user your eye and on the lid and pretty much anywhere you are planning to put eye shadow:
https://www.amazon.com/store/c/maybelline-master-prime-long-lasting-eyeshadow-base/ID=prod6301960-product

new alternative:
I prefer this one as of late:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001JBC4FI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s04?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Eye Shadow:

get a good palette, kat von d shade and light, anastatia modern renaissance, urban decay gwen stefani, or whatever colors you like when you look.
Here is some tutorials on shade and light, I have more there for others:
https://www.amazon.com/damngina39/makeup-eyes-katvond-shade-light-palette/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/ change it to pinterest

(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

Eyeliner to make lashes bolder:
nyx makes nice mechanical ones:
https://www.amazon.com/NYX-Mechanical-Eye-Pencil-Black/dp/B005G9E9AW/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481326589&sr=1-1&keywords=nyx+black+mechanical

tutorial on where to use black:
https://www.amazon.com/pin/317503842463326591/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

tutorial on where to use white, basically use it on the bottom water line:
https://www.amazon.com/pin/573927546241272504/
(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

For cat eye part I use the liquid kind, clay is nice as well but this is the one, tip, keep the eye closed long enough for it to dry:
https://www.amazon.com/Jordana-Cat-Liner-Black-Leather/dp/B00S0NSMXQ/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481327296&sr=1-1&keywords=jordana+cat

Here is an example:

(note: for some reason it changes my links from pinterest to www.amazon.com/

Mascara:

Better than sex pink one is the most boldest:
https://www.amazon.com/Faced-Better-Than-Mascara-0-27/dp/B00P0Q0T28/ref=sr_1_2_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1481327178&sr=1-2&keywords=better+than+sex+mascara

current fav:

pur fully charge for cleanest:
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_8?url=search-alias%3Dbeauty&field-keywords=pur+fully+charged+mascara&sprefix=pur+full%2Cbeauty%2C476&crid=X4I7CTKDLOSD

I do about 20 strokes up and outward towards brow, and on the bottom I do mini strokes straight down.

Makeup setting:

If youre like me I have cakey make up but some how have oily skin. Once you are done with eye shadow, foundation, contour, etc you can spray your face (eyes closed)with this and sit in front of a fan and it will help keep things in place. I put on more than I should but I am sure you can find a tutorial out there. anywho this is the one I use:
https://www.amazon.com/NYX-Cosmetics-Setting-Finish-Lasting/dp/B00B4YVU4G

Clean up:

nails:
rounded textured pads seem to work the best couple with nail polish removed, I tried various techniques but dousing a couple pads full of remover then focusing on each finger like you are moving a ring in circles works the best for me.

face:

baby oil is the best, some say castor oil, olive oil, castor but baby oil is the only one that takes my mascara off without being a chore. I couple the oil with neutrogena make up remover wipes(below) I put about a teaspoon in the wipe and put it right on the mascara on one eye then do the same with the other so it starts to soak, then i rub all over. It takes me two of these then I just wash my face with soap to get rid of the shine.
