thanks for the support!!!

just stopping in to say hi & big hugs & many thanks to all here!!! it will take some time, but eventually i will get back to my life, & here more. now that i have a bed again (threw the other one out) & the furniture rearranged, maybe i can sit at my desk without seeing "H" in the bed.
i wasn't in love with him, or likely to ever be, but he had become a good friend, we had been through some similar things, & were getting good at giving each other moral support. he was a certified EMT, & used to sing & play acoustic guitar. that night we sang "bring it on home to me" by little big town at the top of our lungs on the way home. i bought the cd, & have been able to listen to that song twice now. he had a 4 month old puppy, bandit, (springer spaniel mom, german shepard dad) that i now have. he looks like a black lab with a docked tail. since "H" talked about training bandit to be a frisbee dog, i'm doing my best with that, & in "H's" honor, im going to work on training bandit to do search & rescue, something we talked about doing together. at the very least, my now have a really cool playmate, & he loves going everywhere with me.
also on a positive note, i have ended up gaining a friend through all of this. someone i lusted after from afar i can now call a friend & talk to frequently on the phone. GUESS WHO!!! "Uncle Frank"- see new one for the mental rolodex what's really cool is he's a great person, not just a hottie!

again, i really appreciate all the comments here. i'll be back soon.

 You are so welcome Chanda! I'm sure that he is watching over you and your kids now, as a good friend always does. Enjoy the puppy and the training. I think that is an awesome tribute to 'H'.
