old friends

well i thought i was going to bed!!!

but i got a hit on that space they call mine.... from a friend i haven't talked to since 97' & haven't seen since i was 17 or so. (don't ask how long THATS been...) we talked for 2 hours about where we've been & what we've done, remembered old friends, & skirted not-too-subtly around the one crazy night we spent together naked.
i have this problem though. i don't remember details well.

(call it a memoir of the drugs i did with the ex...)

but i DO remember it was an intense night. HE seems to remember details better than i do though. its not the first time a former lover has come around saying
"remember when we...."
& i DON'T!!!
not because it wasn't good, i just don't keep details that well, i just remember if it was good, bad or HOLY SHIT!!!

so now he wants to get together when he's in the area again- (& he is often) & i cant sleep for thinking about what i remember about that night & its definitely of the HOLY SHIT variety!!!

so anybody else do that ...
no details...
just an "i would" or "i wouldn't waste the time" again?

 i still have a soft place in my heart
and/or a hard place in my pants
for almost every one of my former lovers.
this doesnt include one-nighters,
just former lovers.
every one was either a wonderful person
or a fantastic sex-mate.
several were both.
either qualification would make
a "re-visitation"
an interesting (and potentially arousing) prospect.
since im currently unattached,
i vote "i would".
"well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"

 There are two "I would's" of the Holy Shit variety from my past. Having said that, however, I wonder if those experiences could actually be relived or if they would be as intense as the memory.
