"Money, Money, Money, Dolla Dolla bill Y'all!

I know people that doesn't have any worries in the world. They got money!!! They can do what they desire. Compared to many who got to account for every penny. I have an ex- coworker that paid his dues, who is retired from the Fire department and got a government job that pays him $27 a hour, plus on the side he does Landscaping work. One thing about him is he don't mind working. He's not Lazy and he would work OT, he going to make that money!

He can afford a home in a richy part of town. When he want to do upgrades on his home, he has the money and he gets it done! There was times when he want to blow 3 grand in Vegas, he make it happen. He got a great "Work Ethic". So he has no money problem. My neighbor is finacial secured too! money we all need it, and we want it. We got to make sure we have enough! Some rush into things and find out they don't have enough money.

If you barely getting by, you don't have enough money! If you making what you was making when you was working, paying your bills and you still don't have enough for that trip you wanted. Or that vacation you desires or maybe a few concerts, if you can't do this, you don't have enough money! You need to make more money! You might be retired, but you might have to get a job. A job, you Damn right, a job! You need money, right?

That Federal Green! Or what we say in the hood is "Paper". We got to get our "Paper"! When someone owe you some money, you walk up to them and say "Where is my paper"? We can't live life being broke. We need "money, money, money, Dolla Dolla bill Y'all!

Personally, I'm a man of simple tastes. And I just bury my treasure chest.

I wish you piles of dollar bills.

Personally, I'm a Dave Ramsey fan. And one of his favorite sayings is "Debt is not a math problem, It is a behavior problem." For most people, they simply don't like the hard choices that it takes to make the math work out in their favor. They don't want to work hard. They don't want to curb their spending on things they can't really afford. You know how I got to the point where I don't have to worry about every dollar? By worrying about every dollar when I had to. Shooting for retirement in 13 years give or take.
Hi, you have some valid points and I do agree with Dave Ramsey. My situation is, I just want or need to make a little extra, my bill getting paid, not behind on anything, just a little bit more and I'm good! Thanks for viewing and feedback, love for you to stop by anytime.

I've spent more years broke than comfy. Though even now I still fret and work to be as frugal as I can.

I know broke! It can be stressful, when every penny got to be accountable every month, then there a problem! More going out than coming in.

Having a lot of money does not automatically make you happy. It just gives you the freedom to make choices that can make you happy.

I'm good, I got idle time on my hand, so I have time to think. I'm retired, but I do need more. I appreciate the comment, you remember me writing that blog. I always love feedback from my friends. I like when you said "Retirement Blues", you and me should write a song called "Retirement Blues". I also enjoy your blogs! I'm a little down, but I always get up.
