I do appologize for all the inconvenience I have caused the community for not posting the winner of this contest due to being sick all of last week. We do care about the postings that were submitted and thank you for your entries. The submissions were wonderful and very good to read through. As per the post we are conducting a poll of the top ten articles. Please vote on which post you would like to win.


Update: The results of this poll will not end until December 11th. The results and winner of the contest will be posted Monday, December 11th.

First official contest (Love Stories)

Spread the word. This is the first official Senior Sizzle contest, the topic "We met and fell in love though Senior Sizzle."

The blogs are full of people finding love on Senior Sizzle, picking up and moving across the country, or to new countries, meeting their sexual soul mate, getting married, and even babies. Many blogger love reading these stories, and we love to hear about these stories

Prizes are as follows:

  • First prize: A three year gold membership
  • Second prize: A one year silver membership
  • Third prize: A three month silver membership

Contest rules (subject to modification without notice):

  • Last day for submissions is November 30th at 12 noon PST.
  • Stories must be your original material. You can write a new post for the contest, or use an existing post.
  • Write a short intro comment in this post linking your post to your comment.
  • Comments not submitting an entry will not be approved.

After the close of submissions, on November 30th, 10 stories will be selected (based in part to how you vote on the posts in this thread) and a "poll" post will let you decide the final winners. Final voting will start December 1st and end at midnight December 8th.

To get your story submitted, copy your first paragraph into a comment here, and then link the rest with [post XXXX] (you can get your link at the bottom of your post page).

Update - the person who is running this test was out sick on Friday as was unable to post the final poll for this contest. Hopefully, she will be back on Monday and will post it then. Sorry for the delay - we are excited about the great posts already! (also, we are motivated to add feature to let people post threads that will go live in the future).
