Donald Trump
There are reports that individual States are choosing suppress data. Not so much cases but deaths. Florida is one place that these allegations have been made. There are also reports that Donald Trump is trying suppress data. Trying prevent the real numbers from getting out. A memo from the Trump Administration has gotten out telling hospitals stop sending data to the CDC and send it directly to the Department of Health and Human Services run by Trump tool Alex Azar. Which would allow Donald Trump to cover data.

Donald Trump has stated he wants slow testing cover the real numbers of growing cases. Donald Trump wants suppress data help his re-election and keep the US reopening. Instead of actually dealing with the pandemic Donald Trump wants pretend it's not there. Which has been his motive along. Donald Trump is a failed and incompetent president.
