Well I have been working the last few hours grading papers. Its been kind of boring. I know, I assigned it, I grade it. Its the vicious cycle of education. Anyways, just felt like making a post today. I'm feeling kinda down today. Of course, I have been feeling like that the last couple of days. Why? I'm not for sure.
This past week has been really hectic. Alot of family members sick, also alot of running around to various members. Anyways...I am going to go.

Hello everyone! I have been thinking lately that something is missing in my life. I don't know what it is. I am happy, but I'm not. Understand? I am satisfied with my job, what I am not satisfied is with my home life. I feel as if I'm always the one running. Its all I do. I'm tired of doing all the running. I am tired of being married, but alone. I try to talk to him and he wants nothing to do with it, yet when I am doing something he wants to talk to me and tries to aggravate me so I will listen. I don't know. I'm confused. Perhaps I am going through a mid-life crisis early in life? At times I am fine with my situation, yet there are other times when I feel as if something is missing. I do wonder what it would be like to date, to see if there is someone that I would be happier with. I also realize that is not a good thing to do. I don't know....I suppose I am in a rut in my life. I am taking college courses again, furthering my education, I have a career, maybe I am just wanting a change in my personal life as well?
Any thoughts or suggestions...

I have great news, we might be getting some wintry weather. FINALLY! YES! I am so ready for a snow day. I have been praying and praying for one. It isn't supposed to move in until tomorrow afternoon, but I'm hoping that the weatherman, as usual, is wrong and it comes in early. Think it might?
As long as there is school....there will be prayer in there....

Yikes! This has been a pretty hectic week so far. I have officially started back to college. UGH! Also, I'm considering on starting on my masters next year. I'm going back to get a certification, I already have my bachelors. Just going to add another degree or so under my belt. *wink wink*
Anyways, I am doing very well after my surgery. I even went back to work the next day! No one at work was the iser. I am just that good.
As it stands, its the first month of the new year. It has gotten me to thinking. Yes, I do think on occassion. Back to what I was saying, I have started thinking about how I will be turning 30 this year! YIKES! The BIG 3-0. I used to feel that it wouldn't be that big of a deal for me when I turned 30. I wouldn't be overly dramatic, wouldn't be depressed and all that stuff. However, I am finding since that time is fast approaching that perhaps I'm going to be a little upset by it. I'm not for sure why, I have accomplished many things. Its just something about that 3-0 I guess. I am wanting to go out the weekend of my birthday, just the girls. I want to go out, get drunk, and party like before I was 25. (I didn't go out much when I was in my early 20's). I do, I want to have a blast! I'm looking forward to that. Then again, I believe my family wants to throw me a 30th birthday party. I've never really ever had a birthday party before, especially by my family. I'm not to sure if I want to have one. I'm afraid I will get some of that "Over the Hill" things, and granted 30 isn't old, but females are more sensitive about those sort of things.
Have you ever had a birthday party thrown for you and didn't like it? What was the best party you've ever had thrown for you?
What was the best thing about turning 30?

Well, I at I need another little "surgery". No, I'm not having plastic surgery done. I will be having it done on Monday. I also plan to go back to work on Tuesday.

*sigh* I so did not want to go back to work. I did though, I sucked it up and let me tell you it was horrible!
were fine, mind you. I have been just so busy! Not to mention, being so tired by the time I got home and going to bed early.
Anyways, I hope everyone else had a better work week than I did.

Just thought I would make a post...although I really don't have anything to post about. Its been a pretty blah day. Trying to get ready to go back to work tomorrow. I don't want to go to work tomorrow. *sigh* I'm counting the days until I have a day off. lol.

I don't watch alot of television, but I read alot about the news, or should I say what makes it now as news.
Obama and Huckabee won the race in Iowa. Was it really that surprising? Nope, at least not to me.
Now, what truly upsets me is the whole thing with Britney Spears. She has snapped, its sad. I'm not much of a "celebrity watcher" or anything, but its kind of hard to miss all the things she does. However, I find it extremely sad. She needs help, she has snapped, and worst of all she has 2 little boys. Hopefully she can and will pull it together.
That was my first and last comment about her.
Anyways, I've been trying to understand this whole mortgage fallout. I'm not certain why they are foreclosing on all these homes. Did the owners not make their payments? If they had been and now aren't, then what is wrong with it? Explain to me as to what it is in reference to.
I don't believe there is much news going on other than political news. I'm not much of a politcal person, rather meaning I state my political beliefs to whomever is listening or NOT caring. I have my beliefs, as everyone does. Some people don't think their vote matters, which in truth I really don't think mine matters either. However, just in case it does, I still want my say in the matter! lol. When it comes down to it, the president is chosen through the electoral college. As we have seen in a previous election it is not always the one that has received the popular vote of the public. That statement does not mean I am a democrat, I'm just stating the facts as how it is. Nor does that mean I am a Republican or Independent or some other little small party I have no knowlege about. I as far as political beliefs am American and will vote for someone who I think will do a good job and has the same belief system as I.

I just want to thank everyone for all the nice words and care about my eye problem. It is finally getting better. It still hurts, I'm still sensitive to light, but all in all I can tell it gets better. I'm not waking up in the middle of the night crying because its hurting. Then again, could be the antihistamine pills knocking me out on second thought....lol.
Anyways, I went to my regular doctor which gave me some antihistamine pills to help with my eye itching, some new eye drops which aren't supposed to burn as bad, as well as patched my eye. I kept it on for a couple of days and it really in trutly did seem to help. I still take great care in not rubbing my eye. She said perhaps that is why it was still bothering me after 12-13 days!!!
Anyways, hopefully I will have some new posts soon something that is entertaining and nothing at all to do about my eyes!

Ugh, it is going on 9 days and my eye is STILL not better. Its a good thing that I am a fairly good typist otherwise it might be kind of hard for me to type with my eyes closed! lol. Yep, I am really typing with my eyes closed, only peeking with one eye open every once in awhile. My eye is SO sensitive to light and painful.
*sigh* I'm so ready for it to be better but it just isn't getting any better. I am going to try to go to the eye doctor tomorrow. That is if they are open!

Eye Update....

I went to the eye doctor the other day. It appears that I have a scratch on my cornea. He seemed rather surprised that it hadn't healed yet when I told him when it started hurting. He said is should have already healed and it had been going on for 5 days. Now 6. He prescribed me some eye drops I am supposed to put them in 4 times a day, but I haven't. I have been putting them in about every 2-3 hours because my eye starts hurting me, I kind of get dizzy, so I figure what the heck....I'm going to make it feel better. I tried to get him to give me his bottle of numbing eye drops. He didn't go for it though. Ya know those yellow drops they put in your eyes to see into them better....they numb ya too! I guess we don't really realize it because our eye really isn't hurting, but when it does you can tell!
