It all start it 3 weeks ago on a Tuesday, when I decided I was not going to continue my smoke habit, of 5 cigarettes per day. Well, here is where I seat today, in those 3 weeks I have only had about 6 cigarettes, but the GOOD news is, I have had NO, and I repeat, NO cigarettes in the past 16 days or so.
P.S. Last weekend when out for drinks with friends, I got offer a cigarette, and I said to my friend, No thank you, I am not smoking anymore. See, she didn't know I am trying to stop. so I pass my test of having drinks and being around with people that do smoke, I'm proud of myself for that.
I can tell you this, I am NOT planning to smoke or go back, my spirit and will are stronger than that habit. they will protect me. I am strong, I can definitely beat this.
