Sounds like it was a BEAUTIFUL walk that provoked a multitude of thought and feelings. Wishing I had been there - holding hands - watching the children play, sharing the day.  And - as the sunsets - we chase the moon - or is it howl at the moon

Wow! Seems like you have been living the counter point of my life. Like you I made some bad choices with love, all I ever wanted was to raise a family, both parents are gone for me and the kids are pretty much on their own as well. I understand perfectly well about the cut grass, and another thing that sends my senses reeling is a walk in the woods in the fall months. Congrats on the new you!
