Can I just ask everyone for a big favor? Those of you who are planning to place Christmas lights/decorations in your yards, can you please avoid anything that is red or blue and flashing? Every time I drive by, I think it's the police and have a panic attack. I have to take my foot off the accelerator, toss my beer, fasten my seat belt, throw my phone on the floor, turn my radio down and push the gun under the seat and put my clothes back on. It's too much drama. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

The first commercially available sports bra was the "Free Swing Tennis Bra" introduced by Glamorise Foundations, Inc. in 1975. The first general exercise bra, initially called a "jockbra", was invented in 1977 by Lisa Lindahl and theater costume designer Polly Smith with the help of Smith's assistant, Hinda Schreiber.

I'm doing pretty well with my ankle injury except for going a little stir crazy. I seem to be making pretty good progress finally. In another week I should be able to start putting partial weight on that foot. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all will end well.

My surgery seemed to go all right. I have a follow up appointment Thursday afternoon. Very little pain and discomfort so far. I hope it continues that way. Anyway thanks for all of the positive comments. I appreciate it.

You know that you are getting old when you can fall off of a stool break your ankle so bad that you need an operation to fix it. I fainted at work(they're not sure why) and fell off of the stool I was on. Turns out that I broke my ankle in two places. I'm having surgery tomorrow putting in a plate and screws. So no hookups for me for a few weeks unless there is some woman who likes to play helper to an old fart, no sex. Just kidding. As a result I will have more time to kill taking it easy. I may be here more or not depending on how I feel. I do have a kindle full of reading material that is calling my name.
