So when I'm using the messenger, most of messages say sent but a few say delivered. I always the pts no matter what. Does something happen during delivery prevent it from delivering? Is the person receiving it and Senior Sizzle is just fucking with ?

I appreciate the responses to my last post. I wholeheartedly agree that free gold is earned and not just given but let's analyze what that takes. If your profile gains traction this site gives you free membership to entice you to stay on because members want to interact with you. Much like YouTube and Instagram pay members who have large numbers of followers. The problem is that due to the ratios here, just having an f designation in your profile, in a matter of days, you can score free membership just for being online. I still see female profiles being made and the intros say, "I'm a guy I just made this for the free membership."
So before you bash me for being down on the system, please acknowledge that I am playing by the rules to the best of my abilities and not exploiting it by pretending to be something I'm not to circumvent the system. I'm just trying to point out that to stay competitive and relevant as it once was, Senior Sizzle should change it's model for sourcing revenue.
And as far as credit monitoring, that is far from reliable. It's a nice first line of defense, but even that guy who owns lifelock who gave out his ssn to prove the company could protect your information has had his identity stolen multiple times since. I welcome any comments and criticism. Everything has been very enlightening so far.

So someone read my last blog entry and thought I had invested quite a lot of time here to not return the favor to Senior Sizzle with some sheckles. So I think it's only fair to illustrate why I don't believe this site is worth the money.
First, if anyone has been here long enough you would remember the customer data breach similar to a famous cheating web site that outed a lot of guys based on the credit card info that was stolen. Rarely does this affect the women because the women here are either fake or given free memberships so they don't need to give ccd info.
Next, I know what I am looking for and the ratio of that to my competition. When I do the math it's not worth paying one red cent when there are a lot of other free sites I'm also on that I have more success on.
For now I will reminisce about what this site used to be and hope it can regain some of its former glory in a very competitive marketplace and lament the choices it's made and what it has become.

I have been using this site for almost two decades now. It was interesting and much more of a community when I first joined. The regional chat rooms never died and were full of regulars you could count on finding would keep the rooms in check. On top of that, the messenger was free to use as you please and if you received an email you could read it and respond to it.
Now, the only thing you can do that is free is lurk in the sparsely populated chat rooms. If you manage to get enough points to someone on the messenger, it's a crapshoot if they will respond, if they are real, or if it crashes partway through and you have to spend another ten points to start another chat. With free sites there that offer more for less, I don't know why this site still insists on collecting from users and not ad revenue. I would much rather see ads on here than the slow death by a thousand paper cuts that this site is subjecting itself to.
