Spring? I told someone I met over the weekend who was new the Minnesota that Springs lasts about 2 days - we go from winter to summer. POOF. That was before I heard the forecast. Which is downright depressing. So I ask, what do people do to avoid the weather downers? Staying active as helped me, getting out and trying to meet people but there are times that the Minnesota winter can bring a person down. Is this a fantasy for people? I've done it a couple of times but usually cause it was a spur of the moment thing. I've been on and off this site for a number of . The one thing I've never figured out is the protocol. Do people meet doing the week or do most focus on weekend meeting? With my job, I actually have more free time during than week than during weekend but I find it hard to fit that into other schedules. I wonder how other do it. I officiate a couple of sports so many times my weekends are tournaments and clinics. blog Shock4321

I've been in the LS for a few and one word that people seem to react very differently to is the word "discreet." I've used it in profiles and some people seem to think that means you are cheating. For some, that may be the case. But also keep in mind that some people have very public careers, work with high school age students (teach, coach, PTA etc) and they aren't comfortable having their personal life be an open book. I've been involved in coaching for over 30 , I've seen a good friend lose his job because a parent found out about his personal life and she first threatened to blackmail him before just outing him to other parents and it became impossible for him to do his job.
