It is time get out and about again. The question is where meet? First meetings are a challenge at the best of times but now it requires even more creative ideas. I am open suggestions. Let's figure out what our new normal looks like!

Social distancing while very necessary, is certainly making it a challenge meet new people and make new friends. I can only imagine that everyone else is feeling the same way. Sometimes the anticipation can be a good part. May we meet again soon my new friends. Take care and with kindness.

Met a great lady for coffee a couple times. Love the time we spend together. Fun comfortable and lots of laughs. Now just a matter of finding some time in our schedules that matches and see what happens!!!

It was suggested to me to find a couple other like minded people and all go in to rent a place. Hmmmmm. Not sure how I feel about sharing a love nest.........

Things get a little more challenging when neither one can host. Not sure if I feel a hotel room might not be a little too cliche. Too cold to be outside long....lol.....cant quite afford a private love nest.....so still looking for a solution.

Success! There are real people on IM. Ok maube not all but some! I have had 2 very nice cups of coffee with wonderful ladies. Now lets see if I can arrange to meet them again. This is on me. Not IM this time!!!

Another couple of days in IM. Maybe 1 real response. A couple of one and two word responses and a complete lack of conversation after. A response of "hey babe" back to an opening of Hi how are you does not constitute a conversation.....

After quietly hanging around here for some time i have chosen to start a blog. Lets see where it goes. Today I hung out on IM. Said Hi about 10 times. I know not terribly original but some days ya works with whats ya got. Only one short Hi back and no response to my attempts to continue the conversation. Perhaps O will try a better opening line tomorrow. Something like Hi! Nice generic pic you got. Its just like mine!!
