Hi there, I was just wondering if I could get some advice? I have been on this site for a few months now and see that you are all very knowledgeable so I will ask you, ..how do you build up the courage to go out in public and not feel terrified every time someone looks at you sideways?
Is it best to be accompanied or to just go to the shops anonymously? I love being me and am a normal happy person, I would just like to be a bit more adventurous.
