Why do we seek ?

are many reasons, but we can group them into four categories that range from love to insecurity. According to the article "20 reasons why people " (see reference below), these are the overarching categories:

1. Physical reasons: Pleasure, stress relief, exercise, sexual curiosity, or attraction a person
2. Goal-based reasons: make a , improve social status (for example, become popular), or seek revenge
3. Emotional reasons: Love, commitment, or gratitude
4. Insecurity reasons: boost self-esteem, keep a partner from seeking elsewhere, or feeling a sense of duty or pressure (for example, a partner insists on having ).

My reasons, I can tell, are pleasure and love --or they been up now.
