The temps hovering around the 20 degree mark or so. Still it's warmer then it was yesterday. Any snow we got on Saturday is gone now. With the sun out it didn't stand a chance, at less than an inch we really didn't get much of it. As it was we were on the edge of the storm that raged up the eastern sea board. The weather folk are calling for another storm to hit us tomorrow, this one sure to dump more snow on us, or so we are told.

I spent all day inside, after work I came home and made some breakfast for myself. My own version of the staple breakfast sandwich you'd find at the golden arches, with some slight changes. Firstly I used an Bagel instead of an English muffin. I like Bagels more, not that the muffins aren't good eating but when I have breakfast or make it, mostly on weekends I like the softness of the Bagel over the hard toasted Muffins. In a small bowel I scrambled two brown eggs, added some salt and pepper along with some crumbled up bacon then popped the bowl into the microwave for a couple of minutes covered in some plastic wrap. The result is the egg comes out fluffier when you do it that way instead of pan frying it. Plus the shape of the small bowl was the exact size as the Bagel. No egg sticking out. I topped the egg now sitting on the Bagel with some a slice of Gouda cheese. Then put the top of the bagel on.. the heat from the egg melting the slice of cheese to perfection. It tasted great, much better then one you'd buy at the store, or from the clowns place any day. Plus it didn't cost me that much to make, far less expensive then if I would have bought one ready made.

After finishing breakfast and the morning crossword puzzles I went to watch some How -to TV. My usual Saturday morning routine. With the DIY network now becoming the Magnolia Network the usual shows I watch are being replaced. More of the Fixer Upper Show reruns now with the change. They're okay I suppose but how much ship lap can one woman use and not have it become a stale design? Chip and Jo-Anna the host of that show now own the DYI network, so their show will be up front and on more than any other I suppose? I guess I'll get use to the change, but as Mr. Horse from the Ren and Stimpy Show would say " No Sir, I don't like it " Seems they will be adding more cooking shows as well? Again adding a new show hosted by Jo-Anna doing the cooking so.... trying to compete with the Food network as well. Needless to say but I slept most of the day watching the old reruns. Waking at times and noting the show I'd been watching had merged into a new episode. Darn, I was wondering how that ship lap worked out in the bathroom...Not.

In between being awake and napping in my recliner I had a dream about the ex wife. Bringing home another woman telling me she was leaving me for her. Okay, If I had my druthers I would have preferred that scenario to the one that really happened. Why I dreamed something like that I'll never know? Wishful thinking on my part I guess? Then again anything would have been better than the unemployed drug dealing idiot she left me and the kids for.

Any who, wanted to post a blog for you all, after yesterday rant. Sorry it's not one of my usual Sunday morning erotic tales, but I don't feel very erotic this weekend for some reason? I guess it must be the cold weather?

I'm off to see if I can find a good movie to watch now.. maybe do a little more napping as well? Snuggle close to someone if you can.. it's cold out there people....
