I currently work out at a local Gym. 24 hour fitness. Its great and well priced. Free classes etc.

I was recently told to try and do kettle bell or cross fit. Ive seen it but not sure my large boobs lol would like this.

Anyone have any background in cross fit or kettle? Im thinking Id like to try it but I am also totally happy with my 24 hour fitness.

Goldfish stay alive in icy water in the wild by getting drunk, research reveals.

The popular pets produce lactic acid by swimming hard when lakes freeze over, which distills to ethanol – pure alcohol .

It allows them to survive long, harsh winters in oxygen-free waters but puts them over the drink-drive limit.

Biologist Dr Michael Berenbrink, of the University of Liverpool, said: “They are able to withstand large amounts of alcohol. It is amazing.”
