The stereotype is that men can separate sex from love. My experience has always been that when a girl is paying sexual attention to me, I feel loved. The more often it happens and the more she takes time and effort to make my fantasies and requests come true, the more I end up loving her.
Yes I am married and I love my wife. Due to negative experiences when she was younger, she is very hesitant when we try something new in the bedroom. There are many simple things she just cannot or will not do. This defense mechanism has hindered the bond I so crave. But she loves me. This is why she wants me to have a girlfriend. She wants me to have the feelings she cannot help provide.
If I find the right girl who can fulfill those fantasies, she will be very loved and appreciated.

For the last 20 years my wife and I have maintained a very successful and happy poly marriage. We keep open lines of honest communication and share these lessons with our friends and lovers. While she is in a long term, long distance relationship, I currently am not. We moved back to the Orlando area in 2021. I look forward to returning to dating very soon. I will be for a girlfriend but for now will enjoy the process of exploration.
