Are we having fun yet?

Late yesterday I wrote "The blogs have the blahs." I felt that way since I've been uninspired by the posts of even the best of the best writers of Blogland. Seems like everyone is a little down and maybe it has to do with the heat wave that's sweeping the nation.

However, commenting on a blog last night made me think that I have probably been blessed with a rather fun life. So, after reading heartbreak stories, tales of cruel spouses, fantasy articles, whimsical poems, true confessions, sex 101, tell-all games and how to have fun sleeping alone (just kidding), I thought I'd roll them all together into one great big long blog about ME!

So my marraige ended in a bitter divorce but that was twenty-five years ago. I've been single since but I've had some terrific friends and lovers. I've even had a fabulous career. I have two wonderful sons and daughters-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren.

I've won dance contests, skied the mountains of New York, Vermont and New Hampshire, swam in the Gulf, the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, been whale watching and deep-sea fishing, had box seats for the Phillies and Eagles, was president of an English Dart league for five years, played tennis from age 15 to 35, smoked pot just once (cough, cough), partied in gay and lesbian bars in Provincetown, caroused in Acapulco, Rome and London, been to the theater in New York City and London, concerts in Philadelphia and the ballet in St. Petersburgh, Russia, own some original artwork, eaten in the finest restaurants, worn a tux just to go out for Valentine's Day, gambled in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, cruised the Mediterranian from Venice to Spain and the Baltic Sea twice from Denmark to Estonia, golfed in PA, NJ, VA, FL, NV and AZ, own two apartment buildings in Philadelphia and a gorgeous home in Arizona, have my own website (no, not porno), drive a Cadillac, love my cat and finally, thanks to Senior Sizzle, I can blog my story and get to fantasize over all you sexy women (not really, really, maybe, no really, well sometimes).

When it comes to lovers, they've all been friends but a couple were LTRs. I lost my virginity to the woman I married. After divorcing I dated a woman 15 years my senior for five years and we had sex every night. Since then I've managed a variety of interesting, maybe educational, experiences; two affairs with separate married women, an affair with a co-worker, knew a neighbor who would pop in on me from time to time just for sex, once had sex with three different female friends in 24 hours, have never been with a and had a one-night stand only once, had two women faint after we had sex, lived with a girl who loved dildos and oral, made love in six countries counting the US, have experienced "couples" encounters, been told I have magic fingers, been called a "love makin' bunny" (blushes...) and the best compliment after sex was "Wow." Finally, I've gone out with five lovely ladies I met here and had sex with four. Wish any one of them lived closer to Philly.

Hey! What's an old guy have to talk about but memories....
