[COLOR darkredSpiritual Words of Empowerment

By Owen Waters

Guilt

Guilt comes in two forms: The guilt of your own conscience and the sense of guilt projected upon you by another person.

The promptings of your conscience come from your soul guiding you as to what is the heart-centered response to situations in your life. Listen to that still, small voice within. No one ever looked back on their life, complaining that they had loved too much. Quite the reverse, in fact.

If your sense of guilt is projected upon you by someone else, remember that this is merely a game which is played by people with control issues. Such people desperately fear that they have no control over their own lives, so they compensate by trying to control the lives of others.

Genuine promptings of conscience, on the other hand, are the gentle whisperings of your inner guidance as to how you can behave in a more loving manner. Love is the balm that heals all things. When your conscience prompts you to give more love, then find a way to express that healing energy in your life.

Life is a learning experience which is designed to result in continual transformation to more harmonious states of consciousness.

Listen within, act and transform. That's what life is for
.

For some people, that is true.

But there are those who do it because they want to control you for some real benefit (to their position or imagined position), for example, when some idea or stance you might be interested in examining, researching, or embracing is smeared by evil association or by ad-hominem attacks... or they are subtle and remind you (not always with words) that such and such is not orthodox and you would not want to be associated with such a thing, etc.

Trust me I am well acquainted with that kind of control. Look up Narcissistic personality disorder. Eye-opening!

Namaste!

Alice

Yikes! This explains a lot! I was unaware of this specific term (Narcissistic personality disorder).

I did look it up and I read several articles:

Idealization, Grandiosity, Cathexis, and Narcissistic Progress

The Narcissist as Eternal Child

The Narcissist's Inner Judge

On the other hand, I see tinges of this in many people, myself included -- nothing full blown, but tinges nevertheless.

The second article listed above mentioned that: "Such "delayed adulthood" is very common in many poor and developing countries, especially those with patriarchal societies."

Then the author says: ""To the alienated and schizoid ears of Westerners, the survival of family and community in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) sounds like an attractive proposition."

Several lines below that, we find: "The ancient blood feud laws of the kanoon were handed over through familial lineages in northern Albania, in defiance of the paranoiac Enver Hoxha regime."

So there are entire nations and social systems that are sick. Why am I not surprised?

Check that term out in reference to emotional abuse. many people have some narcissisric TRAITS...but do not suffer the full-blown personality disorder.

I don't have a problem with peeps feeling guilty, if from that experience, they learn, apologize for their actions and grow. However, if their personal GUILT is used to gain compassion, ie "I've been bad..please tell me I'm Ok for being bad so i can feel better about being bad and continue on the same path..." I think it is self-serving and painful to others at that times, it may be appropriate for others to hol up a mirror to that person so that they can see who they really are - after all we are here for each other.. to learn form each other and to teach each other. Guilt can be used as a ploy to maintian inaccountability.

I AGREE whyoleheartedly with you tiller...some people shrinhk at their own relfection in a mirror...yet blame others for what they see...Those types do not respond to that form of guilt, unfortunately!

thanks for the visit
love your blog

inside you
my heated heart exploded
drained by your pulse
I blossomed in you
so bright so strong
it lasted so long
you glowed atop me
head back in rapture
hands digging into my chest
a goddess at sexual best
igniting a fire throughout my body
legs weak from passion's pressure
your name racing from my lips
my hands gripping your lovely hips
it was a moment
that lasted forever
as inside you
my heated heart exploded

Your, loyal dragon

Alice -
Thanks for your words
Your effort, your journey
All are appreciated
And many feel common
On this very moonlit night.
At times I imagine all the other people gazing at the moon at the same time as me, the sharing of wonderment in this neighborhood we call Earth.

Tonight, I dream of you

So Delicious

and good

My erotic

Beautiful delicacy

You arouse

My sense of wonder

So curious

Black lace

Imagination gone wild

Sultry goddess

Peel yourself away

So audacious

Lay spread your smooth thighs

Right now I worship you

So anxious

On my knees

Honor and pleasure you

Ready tongue

I gently lick

So luscious

Burst drip

Your pulsating pulp

Sweet Ambrosia

I taste you

So scrumptious

Devour slowly

Your forbidden fruit

Release yourself

I quench my thirst

So gracious

I am your hummingbird

To your exotic flower

thank you for your visit this one is yours
my delicious one
