Not sure where to start

So for my opening Blog, I have to ask. How the hell does this work? Clearly I have decided I needed to spice things up, I am pretty sure I am pot committed at this point with the<b> upgrade </font></b>to my account ( and my first ever dick pick...story for another time).

Anyone what to chime in with some advice? Seems like there are a good number of extremely hot woman on this site that I would love to pamper and please, but there also seems to be 20 times that number of beefcakes walking around with erections looking to 'hit' anything with a profile. At least that's my impression, maybe that's turns women on these days, I don't know.
