The reality of Numbers Both men and women are, for the most part, ignorant of the way the other gender experiences things. In nature, one can impregnate many females; few males are needed, and they mostly die off fighting predators / protecting females, or fighting each other to obtain breeding rights. In modern society, the supply of available pussy is vanishingly small compared to the huge demand for it among men. A woman places an ad, she instantly gets a flood of replies, simply by having a vagina, and many of these are inappropriate. A man places an ad, and......crickets. Women do not make the first move. So, clearly, he has to. So, he searches and carefully reads profiles, sending tailored<b> messages </font></b>to a handful of women, and......crickets. He just starts spamming out a one line cut and paste message to every female. Soon, he realizes the truth, that it is pretty hopeless. He becomes bitter and callous. Rejection feels bad. Being ignored is even worse. Am I saying that this harsh reality justifies his later rudeness? No. But many times, things that cannot necessarily be excused can at least be explained. (edit....since sites like this rely on the majority, men, to for it, they set up bots flood a man with fake IMs and Hotlists........on my first day, I got FOUR IMs from prostitutes. I flagged them, and days later, the profiles are still up) Who is John Galt? |
