One thing humans have that other animals don't is EGO. And it's the cause of nearly every problem and dilemma we have. But guess what. We're too full of ourselves to acknowledge it even exists, let alone<b> control </font></b>it. So humans destroy and hate and kill and battle over and over because our egos told us to. We are slaves to this thing. And as intelligent as we claim to be, we let the EGO make us stupid. It convinces us to place ourselves above everything and everyone. It's sad actually, that humankind is dooomed to repeat the same ignorant mistakes because, well, the EGO owns us. It dominates us. It pretty much makes us damaged goods. Wait a minute. No it doesn't.
