 Yes. But it's all about the money. There used to be limited privileges for standard members and silver memberships with lesser privileges than gold. Now it's gold or nothing.

so i left and went to an amusement park
i found that IF I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME
I HAVE TO PAY

seems to me in a "free world" very little is free

Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth.

If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

 I used to be a silver member for a couple of years when that option was available. While I was a silver member, this site started to slowly take features away in an effort to force us to get a gold membership. Well, I did not and will not become a gold member.

 Its Very annoying! I too, used to have Silver Membership! It was the best! You could see profiles, send messages to other members and read messages sent to you! Now...no Silver with what ANYONE needs to meet someone (or look for someone). Now its Gold or nothing.

 I don't know a single woman who has paid for their gold membership.

If you put up pictures and consent to them doing the ambassador thing or emailling some men for you, and you draft that email they send, you get the gold for free.

But you do have to upload pics and generate traffic for the site to offer you that.
