What's the weather like outside?

We just got thru a massive couple week long lengthy deep freeze here with -35 to -50 temps if you do the wind chill thing. Now we are hitting 8- degree C (45+ for you normal folk.) That got thinking, how cold is to cold/ for sex outside (ish?)

I welcome your thoughts and maybe your favorite story.
