Is it the end of the world???

Hi...this is my first blog! I just joined minutes ago and needed say something about the site. Like yourself, I have been here before and still hoping meet that certain person for play dates, is that possible?? Is it much ask when it feels like its the end of the world??? I'm a positive person majority of the time, but my sparkle is getting dim. So, that's why I'm here.....wish me luck and the best of luck all of you!

 We are not even close to the end of the world. Humanity has endured much worse. We are the most adaptable and resilient organism on this planet. That science has delivered what appears to be an amazingly effective range of vaccines- all in barely six months- is testament to our capabilities.

That said, any of us could easily become collateral damage in the final months of this Pandemic. Stay safe and strong. And get in line for your vaccine shots as soon as you can.

 Dating was already a regular nightmare even before covid. Weaving your way through all of the scammers and the seemingly endless number of Senior Sizzle users that are BAT-SHIT CRAZY feels like the proverbial haystack/needle practice in futility. Basically, it seems we have about the same odds of finding a date on here as we do with dying from covid... about 2 to 3%.

Our view through our windows and in our tv's looks pretty dark, grim, and sometimes downright terrifying. What we are witnessing both near and around the world is, to put it bluntly, fucking scary!
It all really does seem potentially apocalyptic and anyone that says they haven't felt at least a little twinge of fear the past 10 months is either lying to themselves or are one of those bat-shit crazy Senior Sizzle members. lol
