What keeps you fit

One of the primary goals for me with respect to fitness is basically looking good naked. At 60 that’s such a challenge. I have my favorite method (CrossFit) but am curious what some of y’all do.
Crossfit
Weight Training
Running
Swimming
Biking.
Racquet Sports
Outdoor pursuits (hiking)
Other

Mine was a result of a sexless marriage. Decided to put energy elsewhere. And nothing wrong with stretch marks. That’s just proof of a life lived.

Hanging out with my young boyfriends does not only keep me physically fit, but also mentally as well as doing some sports regularly and having a healthy diet works for me.
Same size and weight for decades Only my boyfriends changed over time they wanted babies and I was only willing to practice Making Babies which can become an issue after they turn 30

Gave up. But seeing your fit body at 60 is definitely a reason to try to get back into shape...or at least a bit less curvy. Back when I was in better head space and really focused on my physical health, I actually got fit doing sprint triathlon (and the training associated to being able to participate - note I didn't say compete as I was never competitive). I was a back of the pack girl, but I did swim, bike and sorta run/jog on a regular basis. Now I do the occasional gym visit (elliptical and light weight circuits) and some outdoor walking. But no enough of anything to make scale budget and to feel confident naked.

I have come a long way in becoming physically fit. I was way over weight and out of shape. Over the years I slow gains a lot of weight and becoming physically inactive. Then one year I looked in to a mirror and took a close look at myself and really saw what I become. That was the point when I made my mind up and decided to do something about it and I did. It took me four years to reach where I am at. What worked for me was setting small goals . Keeped encouraging myself. Accepting my small set backs and continue on to another goal. . I feel good that my coworkers , friends and special friends have helped me , and still recognized what I have done and the results. . I feel good and look good. I have done this for myself and am very glad .

That’s awesome about the Tri Training. And you’ve time. I didn’t really get into it until early 50’s. Had to take care of both parents at end of their lives and seeing what decrepitude did to them was my wake up call. You have time. And personally I think you look fantastic.
