You have made me like unto the phoenix,

caused me to rise up from the ashes of despair,

to at last know wonderful peace and joy,

your love has been ostensive,

Christina you have become my paradigm,

a veritable paragon of what love should be,

my love for you has become insuppressible unending,

and will never find it's end while I live.

This is a poem that I wrote to my wife at the beginning of our relationship...a love that has now vanished to never return.
