I am just curious as why they are stopping standard members from using this site.

 At this point, I can blog but standard members cant even veiw profiles that are set to let everyone see. They have almost completely cut off ways to earn points for chat. Thats just a couple of examples.

 You could always pay so a membership instead of wanting something for nothing. But I do tend to agree with you on the fact that this site is not as good as it once was.
