As sentient animals, we are more challenged than other creatures to effect *resets*. I am grateful for observances such as the new year that provide us a common platform for reinventing ourselves. If there was ever new year in which we all need to recalibrate, it is certainly 2021. Let the games begin!

I have always liked this song but haven't heard it in a very long time. 2020 wasn't was very good year for many people. So many lives lost unnecessarily, the ecomomy, people losing job, homes, apartments. I'm fortunate that I have a job but do to Covid I've been off for almost 7 months. But I'm lucky because I have a house over my head, and even though my income has been cut in half I have one. I have my good days and bad days, and get upset at those who don't care about others. Though all of this I have found out one thing. When I think positive I feel better, when I think how things will get better I feel better, when I talk to friends I feel better. In essence when I have a positive attitude I feel better and so will the rest of you who are like me. Oh I do have a tongue and I really do know how to use it.
