 Not as scary as Friday the 13th. But then the move was funnier.

Well the ex has gone back to Texas. Can't say I was sorry to hear she was leaving. Though my daughter was a bit up set. I get it. Though I doubt that she understands the real reason it bums her out so much. It's not like she didn't know her Mom was only going to be around for a few days of her vacation time. But with the ex leaving, I think it brought up old feelings for my daughter of when the Ex left us all back in the day. Emotions stay with you, even when you thought you've long overcome the hurt. Well, they do for me, and they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, so I assume the daughter takes after old dad in that respect.

Work went okay, finished off the unit I was painting and had to prep for showings. Then went to the next unit. Not much at all to do in that one, and older couple had been renting it, they weren't in the place for very long, two or three months at best. So, there wasn't much to clean at all. I went over everything and made sure all was in order, it rounded out my day. But If I hadn't done anything in there at all it wouldn't have been noticed if I had, that's how clean it was.

See a penny, pick it up...all day long you'll have good luck. I always pick up pennies when I see them. Hey it's money right? Yesterday being the 13th and a Friday to boot, well I picked up that penny when I saw it laying on the ground... just in case. I'm not a believer in all that, but then why tempt the fates? Aside from my phone going dead yesterday, and being bored at work ( as usual ) the day went just like any other day.

Any who, time for me to hop into the shower now. I hope your day went well yesterday, and you Saturday the 14th. Goes even better.

 I pick up coins and toss them into jars or banks. Years ago I remember recycling cans for coins to buy food. It adds up. Hugs!

I'm always picking up coins when I see them, I toss them into the jug and when it's full take it over to a coin counter and turn it into paper money. Last time I did that, I made almost fifty bucks. Not bad for loose coins you find on the ground. Have a good one pony!
