 I had a bit of a break from my usual routine this weekend. It was kind of nice. I also had to reboot my cable box. Seems the thunder storms we've been having as of late played havoc with it some how? Or maybe it was just due for a reboot?

I slept pretty good last night, better then I have in awhile. Oh, I still woke up with a stiff back ( among other things ) but it was easier to get out of bed today.

Had a good dream last night as well. Think that's why I woke up stiff also.

Well time for me to jump into my shower.....

 It's nice to get a break but I'm guessing that like me ; I get that underlying, nagging feeling, That I should be doing something
