 Off for my second dose of the vaccine today. Then back to work. I doubt I'll miss much time, but I'll have to make up for any that I've been away from work at the end of my day. That's always fun. Not. After I get finished for the day the daughter is taking me up to get new sneakers ( again ) I go through sneakers like most people go through popcorn. But it's time to change them out and get a couple of new pairs. The ones I have now the soles are wearing through, got a dime sized hole in the left one of the pair I'm wearing for work. I tell you that sucks when your walking in the rain, and it rained yesterday..

Well were down a man. The boss fired the other maintenance guy yesterday. There have been some issues with him for a bit now. Not being on property when he should be clocked in and working, not completing tasks assigned, run in's with tenants. I guess Tuesday was the last straw for the boss, I don't know what went down. Nor do I care to know. But when I met up with the boss for my daily work assignments he gave me the heads up about the termination. He told me not to hang around as things might get ugly when he let the guy know. No problem there, as a former boss and a local union president, I've had to give people bad news myself. It's no picnic. Not something I want to relive either.

Well I guess i should get my day started and hop into the shower now....

 Job that I had and wore sneakers daily ; I would buy the $30 or $40 wallyworld brand Wife would only buy $80 + N*KE brand Mine would outlast hers by 2 or 3 times We both were On our Feet & walking most of the day !! Just because they carry a big name doesn't mean , Quality !!!

I've tried both Cowboy. In my case nether one of the two last me any longer then an couple of Months. Though this last two pair I bought lasted longer, not much longer but still, right? Both were the high priced name brand too. Have a good one!
