Yesterday, one that had not been scheduled for move in. But, like always someone toured it and wanted the place. So that meant a rush job to get it done. The place hadn't even been painted yet, the covers to the light switches and outlets still in the kitchen cabinets where I put them after washing all the old paint off of them when I pre-cleaned. The carpets still needing cleaned by the guy that does that for us. But the new tenant had to have that exact unit, noting that we've got others of the same style finished and ready to go..sigh.  Any who the place is finished, for the most part. The carpets still need to be cleaned. Then again I don't have to do that so...In the afternoon I finished off changing out all the light bulbs in Phase three.  I bet the next task I get is going round replacing the lost fire extinguishers that grew legs and walked away. That should be fun. We didn't get the rain they were forecasting for yesterday. The day was sunny and hot, so hot that I didn't even have to wear a coat. It felt great. Well, I think I'll jump into my shower now....
