For most of the day. The Property Manager was in early, well actually in on time when the office is supposed to open, but she was out the door just as fast. I don't think her butt had time to warm the chair? The boss caught up to me as I was doing my morning rounds on the property. He wanted to know how many eight yard dumpsters it would take to get rid of all the furniture and things that were abandoned by the dumpsters these past few months? I told him to be on the safe side to order two of them, even then that might not be enough. Told him that he may want to get the contractor who did the demo of the old office here to come by and use the big machine to tear it down to load the dumpsters when they got here, breaking the stuff up so we could get it all in. He though that would be a good way to do it, and let me know it was a good idea. He then went on to tell me my marching orders for the day. Get the three bedroom ready for it's move in. Then he sort of trailed off...not giving me anything else for the day. I knew the three bedroom wasn't going to take me long to get finished, two or three hours tops. He still had some minor work to get done in there, and asked if I could put in the carpet bars for him if I got done with my stuff first before he got there. I did. No big deal. After he finished installing some new shoe molding in the bathroom I didn't see him again till the afternoon when he got a call out to fix a plumbing issue in one of the units. Our on staff painter never works Fridays, so..and our other maintenance guy has been off sick all week. Though I did see him as he was coming back from a grocery shopping trip with his S.O. Funny that too sick to work, but feels good enough to do the shopping?

After finishing the three bedroom I was left to my own to figure out what to do for the rest of the day. Knowing that the dumpsters would be ordered soon I opted to move some furniture that was abandoned behind one of the buildings in Phase one. It's been sitting all winter and we couldn't get it moved because of the snow piled up around it. The furniture move took me a few hours, and the yards look better with out the stuff piled up in it. I finished out my day re cleaning the laundry room and Gym.
Went home and took a nap. Hey, moving furniture by yourself can wear a guy out. Made my self some dinner when I woke up and went to bed early.

So, how was your day? I'm off to shower now..

At least you do not have to pay for gym membership you get paid to keep fit with all your manual work you have to do

Nope no need for a gym membership here. Though I still have to clean the machines off in the gym we have here. Have a good one Ageless.
