 Now if I can keep away from them till Christmas I'll have some around the house when the family comes.

I just remembered a bit ago, that My State ID is up at the end of this month. Ugh..so it's off to the DMV sometime this week and get it renewed. Hopefully the daughter can carry me up there, and I can get in on time before they close for the day. Less than an hours time from when I get off work to get there and get the stuff done and get the new ID. That's cutting it close. I could go in early one morning and get out earlier? Looks like that's what I'll have to do? Either that or have her take me up during my lunch hour? If I do it that way I'll have to make up time if I don't get back in time before my lunch hour is up. Either way it's a pain in my butt.

Any who...I'm bored. Nothing but reruns on the tube. Bad reruns at that....

 I've been baking cookies for the past month.....been giving them away with some getting 2nd and 3rd helpings. I have made a second batch of 5 different kinds with 2 just an hour ago. The oatmeal/raisin/chocolate chip/walnut is the biggest hit plus just got a call from grandson his favorite is monster cookies which was the other batch made tonight.

 Can you renew online? It seems Covid would encourage the state to relax. We can vote by mail - why not renew by mail or online?

I'm the type that does this kind of thing in person. As much as I hate standing in line, I'm old school that way. As it is you can make an appointment on line, but when you get to the D.M.V you still have to stand in line. Abet a shorter line it's still a line.
