From the white board in the laundry room. Quite frankly I got tired of erasing all the silly shit people have been writing on the board. Yesterdays "message" was to have someone clean the place "as it was dirty" . Well dear message writer, the laundry room is cleaned and sanitized by me twice a day. If half the people that use the place would be considerate and pick up their crap after they are done doing their laundry the place wouldn't look dirty. In other words... "your Mommy doesn't work here...clean up after yourself. " Grow up and act like an adult. I've got enough to do in my daily routine than to spend all my time making sure the laundry is spotless for you so you can come in and make a mess yourself. Sorry for the rant...but I'm in pain today. ( arthritis is acting up ) Noting gets my ire up quite like someone picking apart the job I do, have done for my entire life. The thing is I'm just one guy, one guy who has to keep this place looking as nice as I can in the time I'm allotted and with the supplies I can beg, borrow, or find in recently vacated units that some silly sod left behind because "Mommy" will have stuff at home when I get there, so no need for me to pack this stuff out. With over two hundred and thirty units, ( not including Town homes) thirty four stairwells, yards that cover a four block radius an office, laundry room and a Gym, please pardon me if you think the laundry room isn't as clean as you think it should be. I've got enough to do in my day without standing around in there waiting to wipe your ass. Okay rant over...breathe....I'm taking a day off...don't know what day yet, as my birthday is on a Sunday this year, so I might take the Friday before hand or the Monday after it. A day when I won't have to get up early ( though with the arthritis I'm usually up any who ) and I don't have to go in a cater to silly snots who think I have all the time in the world to make their life happy. Yeah no. Off to shower now....

I would periodically get comments or questions about working by myself !! My typical answer too them was; " No! There is three of us! Me, Myself & I and they just can't seem too keep up with each other !! "

Boy do I hear you. When I worked retail, therewere three of us who had jobs elsewhere in the building but seemed to be the only ones who cared about a clean breakroom. We had all the nice things you could want, stove microwave dishwasher two fridges!! But they were never clean. We even post a large sign over the sink: Your Mother Doesnt Work Here: put your dirty dishs in the dishwasher and your trash in the bin. Bad enough to do that but they inside of the fridges OMG and some of them stole other folks lunches- yep I sure hear you (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

Grab a permanent marker and write on the board "Clean up after yourselves!" Seriously it is laundry. What else do they have to do? be courteous and neat. You need a whole week off to go visit your boys. Relax. Hugs!
