Or there was when I walked over to the store this morning before work. I don't see the moon that often anymore. In bed before it rises, and to busy getting to work in the mornings to look up and see it. ( if it's not covered my clouds )

I got a lot of sleep yesterday, more than I wanted. I slept the day away really.

After I finished my blog entry yesterday I couldn't keep my eyes open for some reason? So I figured I'd lay down for a bit , having made the bed already I just threw my quilt over me and closed my eyes, for what I thought would be a little cat nap. I woke up five hours later. Two thirty in the afternoon and I woke up sore and hungry. I guess getting up at three thirty every day has taken it's toll. On average I get about four or five hours of sleep a night. That is unless my aches and pains wake me, for the past week or two it hasn't been that bad though. With the new pills for Arthritis the Doc. has me on . Though I still get stiff and sore, but it's been better, and no longer waking me during my sleep.

When did I get so old?

Any who just though I'd say hello and let you know I'm rested up now.....

I struggle to sleep enough. My doc swears we need at least 6 hours per night to function properly.
I'm failing that one.

my sleep schedule has been whacked these last couple of months. i used to regularly go to sleep at 8:30 - 9:00 pm. and wake around 5-6am. now i am crashing at 4pm and waking at 3am. luckily i have a chat buddy in sweden and one in the us how is home on medical leave. so i can usually chat with someone when i wake up early. but i often just go to work....
