Well hope you stick to it no matter what the feeling of having to take some time off for Doctor visit..Its important to get BP under control and avoid things such as stroke and heart attack..My late husband had bp issues and he dropped at age 61 because of an Aneurysm of the heart because his bp was always high..The fact he took copious amounts of Antihistamines for sinus problems ...that's what killed him because antihistamines raise bp and and when bp spikes artery walls in your heart cant stand the pressure..so be lucky the doctor has your best interests at heart..your heart will be much safer..

Everything went fine. BP was down, a really good reading the nurse said. When she told the Dr. she said it was a very good reading.

I had planned on staying with it. My mom had high BP, was lax about following her Dr.'s advice and payed a heavy price for it. Been looking at the home use BP cups so I wouldn't have to go to the Dr's office just to get checked ( Doc asked me if I had one) As it is the BP when tested yesterday was a really good reading.
