 I played a lot of sports and rolled my ankle a few times or so I thought. A recent xray of my foot showed a healed fracture with a bunch a calcifications /arthritis around it... nothing to be done about it now but was surprising. I love my microwave heat pad...

I never went to a doctor to see about it. But I'm sure I did more than twist it at the time. When I get the aches and pain of old age I usually grab the heating pad as well. Old school that I am, mine you still have to plug in.
