 You should be able to, if you can't let customer service know and/or leave a message over on the Senior Sizzle blog letting them know you are having a problem.

I've contacted customer service, no response as of yet. The Senior Sizzle Blog is dealing with the new photo issue at the present time. I didn't think my questin was valid in that arena.
