Can an IM service possibly be any worse?
You probably already realize how terrible Senior Sizzle's IM service is. Or is it just that no one ever answers when you reach out to them? Or, shudders, is it that there are just so many horny, obnoxious men on here that women have given up even answering pings? But, if that's the case, then why are they on IM to begin with? Just chatting with existing friends?
Anyway, I thought I'd just throw a rant out there. Do I feel better now? Only a little bit.

 I dont answer them especially if there is no"potential" and because guys say and send the worst crap thru IM. I do chat with friends already on my friends list and would damn sure answer your IM.

 Dare I say, it used to be even worse than this. At least it now saves IMs so you can contact someone that you miss, should you wish to. .

I don't use it for two reasons, one of which answers your question - yes women are bombarded by too many men they don't want to hear from that they probably miss messages from ones they do. It's so bad I never even look any more. I cleared it yesterday and, once again, I have over a hundred unread messages. (I'm not bragging. far from it. I wish I could turn IM off).

The other reason is it's just technically glitchy for me. Says I'm online when I'm not, typing when I'm not. It's not great.

 Ditto to what newgirl70000 said. You can set it to BUSY but it doesn't always work and the dudes that think you are there when you are not get insistent and needy about whether you are getting them or not.
Yes as well to what she said about all the wrong men writing there. The guys with no profile to speak of that want you to not only reply but fuck them too.
It's gross some of the things that gets written there as opposed to mail.
None of the above is fun but then the glitches would kick in.. not being able to answer anyone or them showing as offline when they are clearly not.
Big sigh indeed. Now mine is set to BUSY and there are no incoming messages so it does work ?! Mayyybee ??
