 I believe they are working on that area of the site. I just went to comment on a picture and was given a message that read for me to comment I had to either pay 200 points, upgrade to gold or upload a new picture to my profile. I uploaded a picture to my profile and was given the ability back to comment again. It didn't say if it's a one time thing or if later down the road they are going to ask again. As of right know I still have the ability to add another comment if I wanted to.
