IM's not answered

Hey everyone, just checking with you all why most of the IM's that are sent remain unanswered? Please give your feedback on why you do not answer or why you think people don't answer.

 Often IM doesn't work the other people on the other side don't answer because they didn't get your IM...........try rebooting that often helps............and then sometimes people don't even turn on their IM.
