Learning to not wear slippery socks

Well I did a great stupid one the other day. I was wearing puffy warm socks and slipped and fell down the stairs. Now I have a titanium cage rods and pins in my spine and I was soo scared I had broke them. Luckily nothing broken, but boy am I swollen and sore and bruising. I think puffy socks should come with a warning not wear them on all wood floors or you will fall. I love my puffy socks, but holy cow am I sore!!

 Get the hospital socks with the little rubber grips on the bottom and put them on over your puffy socks. Then call me and I will gently massage your back with warm oils to reduce the pain and swelling

 Aww well thank you for offering right now the main concern is my titanium cage rods and pins that are in my spine, luckily they were not damaged by the fall. My right knee and left shoulder were along with my back. I need a vacation.
