A thought or two... I've been on this site off and on for nearly years. More off than on, but here's what I've come to know through my time here. Someone I've had some conversations with through the site asked me a question the other day and I thought it rather poignant. Are you really sure you'd do that or is it just a fantasy for you. As I considered my friend's question, I found myself thinking about what takes place on this site on a day-to-day basis. Often, it appears that people talk a big game but aren't able or willing to follow through. People are all like, "I'll make you scream, honey." but they're not going to actually meet up and make it happen. It boils down to one of two things mostly. Either it's performance<b> anxiety </font></b>where people write checks their bodies can't cash or it's the fantasy of it all. That has led me to this, I think most people here are longing for something they're not getting "in real life". Sometimes that's something sexual, sometimes it's something romantic, sometimes that is the romance of sexual activity. It doesn't make someone a flake if they don't show up or show out. It just makes them a human being with insecurities who realizes they have maybe taken one step too many out of their comfort zone. Regardless of that, be graceful with one another. Treat each other well. Help each other find the things for which you search. Senior Sizzle will be a better place for it. -BIP |
