LESSON OF THE WEEK Floyd allegedly used a counterfeit bill buy cigarettes at the convenience store last wee The clerk reported it police, a step that management described as store policy in Facebook posts. Posted by Arabella_ DON'T BE THE VICTIM OF CIRCUMSTANCES YOU CREATED. So in her tiny little mind if you ALLEGEDLY try to pass a fake bill you deserve to die at the hands of the police? It's not even a felony. In Minnesota, the highest penalty for KNOWINGLY using a counterfeit bill, less than $1,000 is up to one year in prison and a fine up to $3,000. To use her words describing someone on the A/L recently - What an ignorant cunt. Lesson of the week: SOME WHITE PEOPLE NEVER FUCKING KNOW WHEN TO KEEP THEIR UGLY MOUTHS SHUT. WHICH IS MOST OF THE TIME! |

Where the fuck is this alleged counterfeit bill anyway? Where's the proof he actually tried to use it. I guess the cops were too busy murdering him to actually get the "evidence".

No surprises, the post has been removed. If you write to the Support guys in a reasonable way they tend to take things on board, and they tend to act quickly when that kind of hateful and shite has been posted. The Arabella personna has a long history of nasty profiles here, thrives on controversy and nastiness towards other bloggers. I hope this version has now been banned permanently, but sadly she's likely to return in some other guise. My worry in the grand scheme of things is the effect her kind of behaviour will have on the rest of us in terms of monitoring - if this sort of thing continues to happen the time will come when all posts will be vetted carefully prior to publishing. Well said all the same McBeebee, 'cunt' doesn't describe the hateful sentiment in that post strongly enough. And thankyou for speaking up!

Minor point McBiggles:- Arabella posted a hateful post with an image that said DONT BE THE VICTIM OF CIRCUMSTANCES YOU CREATED The site removed the usual words........  But hey, you got the gist anyway, so I'm sure I'm just getting on yer thruppnies as usual!!

ive worked in retail management, and ive seen more than my share of counterfeit bills (mostly 5s changed into 100s, before they changed two of the security features on the 5s to make it harder). almost all of the ones ive seen were rather convincing - you had to pay close attention at every transaction. when detected, we were supposed to confiscate them, but i couldnt bring myself to do that. the MOST important thing is, YOU CANT ACCUSE someone with a bad bill of being a "counterfeiter". legally, how do you prove they KNEW it was bogus? you dont know where they got it, how do you know THEY werent the victim ? !  i NEVER called the police on someone with a bad bill - i just politely explained to the customer why i had to refuse it and offered to hold the merchandise until they could make other arrangements to pay. none of them ever came back, but no one got shot either. "well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"

The way the cops reacted and used (to me) over aggressive restraining actions to a minor crime cannot be excused by just saying the man was a criminal. The cops here in Floyd's case and many others is just plain bad policing and bullying. The police culture needs to be changed. We had one here in Vallejo CA just the other day. The purp brought a hammer to a cop gun fight and they shot him dead. A stun gun and even a little patience by the cops probably would have ended the matter.

The profile that belong(ed) to that insidious comment is currently unavailable but she will be back. She has left vile messages on my blogs as well and she comes in many colors and names. George Floyd should not have been accosted for that $20. I work in the cash office of a well known retail outfit. I u sed to have to give training sessions to the cashiers ( one store had 25 registers going all at once!) on counterfeit everything, including fake credit cards and traveler's checks. Believe me Mr Floyd 99% had zero idea that he was using money that was not worth the paper it was on. Wondering: has anyone ever seen that so called bill??? WOw....i just thought she popped up new in her nastiness, i never knew she was here before. Does she have the same profile pic/s too ? I also saw a post of hers...talking abt the ' over 50 cunts'...of course my ears perked....lol I never saw much constructive commentary in her writings, although some of what she said made sense in an odd sorta way. She's hard to read. I will watch out for that style of writing, to see if i can catch the next profile. Thanks for this info~~ Normally I would ignore her, because she craves attention and thrives on controversy, but this episode was an especially sickening display of her wares. And obviously the lovely McBeebee here spoke up too. She'll be back, sadly......

No, no McBeebee, this is definitely not because of a lack of attention on your part. There's some flawed software script operating on the site which tracks all posts for certain words and removes them. I understand that it was initially intended to flag and remove really offensive language, but it seems that certain words are also removed with it. It's been a long standing glitch for which it seems there's no resource (cash) available to resolve it. Unfortunately there's a rather long list of words: on, to, all, up, 12, call....... And several more that I can't recall. I even discovered a new one this past week - removing the letter 'k' from the word 'week'!! Frustratingly, no number of edits will fix it either. So that's why you quite often see people copying their original posts into the first comment, or indeed writing the main body of the post in the first comment. It would drive a person batty....if you let it.

Even though I do agree that police should go up for murder this guy was a convicted drug dealer and was intoxicated and high at the time of the crime. Food for thought

The funny part is how most people try too bring up a criminal past (which honestly the justice system is made too put cases on black people so that it makes it harder for them is life too do allot of things. And if you think I am making that up look and compare cases of Black and White men or women in the system.) and its funny I see allot of women profiles that say no criminal past. If you are into Black man that is not really realistic as not all Black men have a record but as the system is created to oppress its kinda hard not too find a brotha with put one and even then does that make them a bad Man? But more to your Blog. You are always hear "OH they should comply and listen and not speak" I have seen with my own eyes in person White folks Drunk and all in police face cursing and everything nothing happens to them. Or "Oh respect the police. True you should respect everyone the the police are Civil Servants and work for the people and Respect goes both ways. It is just so CRAZY how people try to justify a Killing with something totaling irrelivant to that situation. Oh he had a counter fit bill Oh he had a record from the PAST! SO! Did that mean he had to have a knee on his neck and be killed?? So should you be shot or killed in a manner from the police if you had a speeding ticket or hit someone's car in the past. Most (to the Majority) People just have no clue!!
