It is a bluetooth device that connects to the broadcaster's PC and allows the viewers to induce a vibration by tipping. (just in case you didn't realize what it actually was). As for what it really does....well, from what I read and know personally of, it really isn't as stimulating as advertised. What it will do is give the user the ability to know when a tip is given and usually how big of a tip allowing them to fake an intense feeling to arouse viewers into tipping more, It's kinda of like hearing a female moan with pleasure to get you aroused more, even though she can easily fake the moaning to still get you aroused. I have one of these devices and can say it did very little for the woman for whom I bought it We worked it through all of the various levels and settings, but it gave her only mild sensations.
